A Productive morning routine

 Hey y'all, Good day!

It's been a while since I posted. I've been a little busy lately. Anyway, Today I'm gonna be posting a productive morning routine. A productive morning routine can set the tone of the day right and helps you control the schedules of the day rather than the schedules controlling you. Be the hardest working person you know. Admit it at least once, you wanted to be that person who gets up early in the morning, works out, drinks a smoothie, but never had the self-esteem or motivation to do it yourself? Then, take this as a chance aA day off of a productive morning routine is totally fine and it's sometimes good too. Being on a loop on everyday mornings is tiring and a change is good. nd get yourself motivated. Get up and live a little. It's better late than never.

A productive morning routine:

It's not like you have to follow this in the exact same order, It is my idea of a productive morning routine and you can include your ideas, research what is best for you, and get going with it :)

                                                                 1. Wake up before 8.

Be an early bird, you will feel more motivated to work. As soon as you wake up,  drink a tall glass of water. It helps to get rid of toxins in your body and hydrates you. Drinking lemon and honey water, early in the morning with an empty stomach, will give you glowing skin.

2. Excercise:

wash your face with warm water and put on some sweatpants and go cycling or for a jog outside or If it's too cold,  just exercise inside. I normally do abs and dumbbell workouts. Always remember to stretch before a workout sesh. Try to come out of your comfort zone and try new exercises. Working out in the morning can be a tiresome thing to do, But it really helps to maintain your fit and keeps you healthy. Stand under the sun in the morning for a couple of minutes, It boosts your vitamin D.

                                                                         3. Shower

Pop in your bathroom, turn on your favorite playlist, and jam to it while you have a soothing and relaxing shower. cold shower in the morning does more than wake you up and improve your circulation. The cold and warm stimuli constrict and dilate your blood vessels, which strengthens your immune system. Studies have also shown that cold water reduces sore muscles and supports recovery after sports.

                                                                     4. Skin-care

Immediately moisturise your body and face once you come out of the shower. Quality body lotion, applied after each shower or bath, can help to seal moisture deep in the skin to keep it hydrated and supple. It may not be a bad idea to keep a bottled of your favorite scented body lotion on hand for an after-bath application. It also helps replenish rough or dry spots in the skin. Allot some time in your morning routine for skincare too.

                                                                    5. Get ready

Getting ready in the morning, even when you're not going out starts your day off right and gives you the motivation to accomplish more things. It's an instant self-esteem booster and gives you more confidence. It makes you feel, act and perform better and you will be always ready for the unexpected.

                                                                 6. Make a To-do list

Make a to-do list of the things you want to accomplish for that particular day. It acts as an external memory aid, It allows you to prioritize the tasks that are more important. Start by doing the thing which is the hardest, once you get it down, trust me you will thank me later. To do lists gives a brief overview of how your day is going to be. You will have clarity on what you need to get done.

That's pretty much it. Get started with your day.
One day or Day one, YOU DECIDE
